    8 a.m. until Noon (light rain or shine)

    Free Bulk Item Disposal (examples of acceptable items include):
    Furniture, Mattresses, Tires (four per household), Appliances, Lawn mowers (remove gasoline), Carpet, Brush or bulk trash items. Note: all brush must be cut into four-foot lengths and bundled

    Residents should place items out Friday evening wherever trash is normally placed to be collected.

  • National Night Out Neighborhood Roll & Stroll

    Tuesday, August 4
    Begins at 6:00 pm
    5100/5102 W Franklin Street

    Come at 6:00 to decorate your ride (bike, stroller or scooter), and we’ll follow a prepared route through the neighborhood. We’ll end where we began and all enjoy popsicles!

May the 4th Potluck

We had so much fun getting to know our neighbors, catching up with friends, eating Chase’s Jiji’s Frozen custard (yum!), patting all of the community dogs, and drawing with chalk on the street. Thank you to everyone who planned the gathering and brought delicious food for us all to enjoy!

Cookies & Cocoa

Neighbors bundled up and enjoyed lots of yummy cookies and hot cocoa on Sunday, February 2. It was great fun meeting new friends, seeing all the neighborhood dogs, and making chalk drawings on the street!
